COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITION

I. GENERAL TERMS.-For the best result, please provide clear description and the purpose of the artwork. References also welcomed.
-If you wish to cancel or change your booking schedule, please inform a week before. Booking and run may result in blacklist. If you accidentally skipped the booking time and would like to have it back, you have to queue again from the back.
-Accepting international payment through Vgen, Paypal, Fiverr, Wise, and payoneer.
-Accepting local order from local bank and local E-wallet transfer. Any usage of other payment method will be charged international priceII. PAYMENT-All commissions must be paid in full or minimum 50% down payment upfront before the project begin.
-In case of long waiting list, Booking payment must be made 1 week before the project start. I will send you an invoice around the time.
-Rush Order (3-7 days) will be charged extra 50%-100% fee.III. PROCESS-I will give you a start date and estimated time to finish the project.
-Work In Progress will be given after the sketch is done (fixed), and whenever I have things to confirm (optional).
-Feel free to ask for improvement after the sketch is done, I also want to provide the best result according to your taste. But please be mindful that I also have another waiting work to do. I have the right to decline your revision if it's excessive.
-Minor revision (Color/shadow/lighting adjustment) can still be made after the art finished. Any major changes at this point (pose, item addition, or anything that makes me have to redraw things) will be given extra charge.
-You will get a no-watermark artwork for the result.
-High resolution and source files are given after the payment is completed
-If I need more time to complete the order due to unwanted circumstances, you will be notified asap.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYGeneral rules:
-The artist hold every right to the produced artwork, including alteration, distribution to social media, and portfolio.
-The artist will not re-sell commissioned artworks without the commissioner's consent.
-The commissioner are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own creation.
-Nothing made by the artist may be used in any blockchain-related sector, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Please communicate with the artist properly regarding any engagement on this sector.
- Commercial fee will be charged for purpose of reprinting for direct selling purpose, or for profitable product commercial (book cover, book illustration, online advertisement).
- Commercial fee wont be charged for non-commercial product such as free web novel.
-For Streamers, artworks and Live2D commission may be used for streaming purpose and wont be charged commercial fee for both monetized and non-monetized channel, in exception for monetized channel above 10000 followers or streamers with affiliation to agency/ company.Commission WITHOUT commercial rights:
The commissioner are ALLOWED to use the artwork for personal use, including distribution to social media, gifts, print for personal use, using it for non-profitable media.Commission WITH Commercial rights:
The commissioner are ALLOWED to use the artwork for personal use and profitable actions, such as selling prints, using for profitable book cover art, etc, except for any blockchain-related sector (see general rules)V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYRefund are not available after the sketch are made in progress.Any violation to the terms and condition will result in blacklist and public warningAny statement can be bound to change if discussed with the artist, prior to the commission.
